Office hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday.
The office is closed on Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Labor Day. Our offices close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Please listen carefully to telephone prompts so that you reach the correct department.
For emergency dispatch, please contact our office and select "On Call Dispatch" Option. This includes schedule changes for the following day or immediate need for transportation. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. For all non-emergent issues, please leave a message in the general mailbox and one of our staff will return your call during normal business hours.
All other messages should be directed to the proper department or to the general mailbox.
